Thank you for shopping with Adventurefy. We’re committed to making sure you love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, our return policy makes the process simple and stress-free.
1. Return Timeframe
You have 28 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.
2. Eligibility
Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition and packaging.
3. Proof of Purchase
A valid proof of purchase—such as your original receipt or order confirmation—is required for all returns.
4. How to Return an Item
To lodge a return, please follow these steps:
- Email our Customer Support team at hello@adventurefy.com.au within the 28-day return period.
- Repack the item securely in its original packaging to avoid damage in transit.
- Include a copy of your receipt or order confirmation inside the package.

Please note: customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
5. Inspection & Refunds
Once your item arrives, we’ll inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method. Please allow up to 28 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
6. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, clothing and hats cannot be returned.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately so we can assist you.
8. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you require a different item, please complete the standard return process and place a new order.
This policy applies only to purchases made directly through Adventurefy and does not cover items purchased from other retailers or third-party sellers.
